		<description>You&#039;re right that these technology companies continue to get caught up in surveillance that violates the privacy and human rights of their customers.  First there was telecommunications company immunity in the United States.  Then Green Dam.  And lately Nokia has been helping the Iranian government watch its citizens with so-called &quot;lawful intercept&quot;.  I&#039;ve search your blog but don&#039;t see anything about this yet (although Chip Pitts has written about it over at www.csrlaw.org).  Can you shed further light on the situation from your point of view?</description>
