		<description>Unfortunately, so many citizens tend to believe that they "have nothing to hide" and so construe that the illegal invasion of government into their lives has no ill effect; that those who mourn the loss of "privacy" are hiding some nefarious doings that need investigation.

The fact that follow-up reporting on this and other abuses by the government have all but evaporated insures that citizens' 30-minute attention span will not linger on such deeds. Now, what's Paris Hilton doing these days?</description>
